| Bio | Dave married Christy (Weidman) Flowers in 1988. They have three beautiful girls ('93, '95, '96). He spent eight years as a youth pastor before being commissioned to plant a church in Grand Blanc in 2002. He holds a B.S. in Clinical/Community Psychology from the University of Michigan -- Flint, and an M.A. in Counseling from Oakland University. He is a Licensed Professional Counselor, a National Certified Counselor, an Adjunct Instructor in graduate and undergraduate programs at Spring Arbor University, and runs a small private counseling practice. His passions are teaching, writing, reading, computers, coffee, and music.
